In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Betty leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Betty may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bailey and Essie Bailey; her husband Lamar Proctor; and her siblings, Haskin Bailey, Ruth Yearout and Mary Orr.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Brown (Jeff), Melissa Collins (Rick) and Tim Proctor (Joy). She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; along with several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park (724 Hogan Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
