He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hughie and Dorothy Hughie. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hughie; his children, Chris Bethune (Melondy) and Tracy Brookshire (Coley); his sisters, Barbara Williams and Fran Hughie; his grandchildren, Austin Brookshire, Hunter Brookshire, Alex Bethune, Jacobb Bethune and Joshua Bethune; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ansleigh and Bradon Bethune.
