In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Staley and Gertrude Staley; her daughter Debra Love Talen; and her brother Harry Staley. She is survived by: her significant other John "Sandy" McGurn; her daughter Pamela Lambert (Les); her grandchildren, Lauren Lambert (Hunter Donaldson), Dalton Lambert, John Talen and Olivia Talen; and her sister-in-law Joy Staley.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742).
