She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Capps and Pauline Raulston (Haskell); her son Bobby Dodson; and her sister Brenda Jordan. She is survived by: her husband Ricky McBee; her son Alvin "Al" Dodson (Rachel); her grandchildren, Jennifer Casteel, Jordan Dodson and Bonnie Dodson; and her siblings, William Holden, Paulette Edwards (Michael), Jack Capps and Janet Catlett (Benny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
