He is survived by: his brother Michael D.; his sister-in-law Kathy Dixon; his sister Barbara; his brother-in-law Ricky Shuman; his extended family, Sarah Coursey, Sharon Eichelberger, George Adams and Tony Coursey; and his caregiver Annie Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
