He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ambrose and Joan Ambrose. He is survived by: his wife Terry Ambrose; his children, Shelly Griffin (William) and Justin Ambrose (Kristen); and his grandchildren, Lauren Cook (Chris), Mark Turner (Madison), Emma, Jackson and Jacob Ambrose.

Family is requesting no flowers however remembrances can be given to Effingham County Animal Shelter.
