He is survived by: his children, Blake, Brett, Sean and Ashleigh; his son-in-law River; his mother Christine B. Yekel (Lisa K. Yekel) of Bradenton Florida; and his pet Sarge.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Strickland & Sons Funeral Home (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
We ask that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to mental health/suicide awareness charity of your choice in Steve's memory.
