He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Robert "Bob" Evans Lewis, Jr. and Faye Webster Fraker; his daughter Jennifer L. Yarbrough; and his brother Robert E. Lewis, III. He is survived by: his wife Diana Bowers Lewis; his daughters, Anna (Trystan Handy) and Katie (Jared Summitt); his grandchildren, Barrett Lewis and Warner Summitt; and his sister Dottie Claset. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
