He is survived by: his children, Leila Chance and William Whitlock; his parents, Russell Chance and Helen Chance; his brother Russell; his sister-in-law Marla Chance; and his nieces and nephews, Abby Young (George), William Chance, Allison Chance, Zachary Chance and Hannah Chance. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
