It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne L. Hodges of Rincon, Georgia, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Joanne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joanne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Alphonso Rosencrants and Nellie Awelda Tolbertson Rosencrants; her siblings, Betty Mae Barrington and Thomas Rosencrants; and her son-in-law Chuck Doole.
She is survived by: her husband James Allen Hodges, Sr.; her children, Sharon Louise Dobbs (Ralph), Linda Susan Doole, Donna Sincavage, Edward Andres (Deanna) and Allen Hodges (Sherry); and her brother Edward William Rosencrants. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
