She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Joy Clemmons, Gabriella Davis and Abigail Davis; her husband Shannon Davis; her daughter Madeline Jane Clemmons; her stepson Jeremiah Davis; her grandparents, Jean, John Frommer, Jerry and Sherri Fagan; her parents, Paul Lewis and Jeni Lewis; and her siblings, Bethany Singleton, Jamison Lewis and Caleb Lewis. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
