She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Scarborough and Reba Dolores Smith Scarborough; her husband Melvin Leroy Bacon; and her siblings, Ray Scarborough, Sonny Scarborough, Kenneth Scarborough and Mary Marsala.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Bullock, Joy Jones and Deborah Shippell; her grandchildren, Mark Lamb (Eyra), Wesley Lamb (Lindsey), Jeremy Morgan and Heather (Jorge) of Magalhaes; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Waylon Lamb, Nico, Luciano of Magalhaes, Stephanie Willingham and Ashley McCann; her great great grandchildren, Asher, Aiden and Lennon; and her sisters, Gail Smith and Dee Omspacker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
