She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Monroe; her parents, Clarence Fulton and Mildred Fulton; and her siblings, Patricia Fulton Canary and Richard Fulton.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Monroe (Amy), Philip Monroe (Donna Woelfel), Gregory Monroe (Margaret Kennedy), Thomas Monroe and Kevin Monroe (Terri). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to Pruitt Health Hospice-Savannah, Effingham Care and Rehab Center or the charity of your choice.
