He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fail Reddick; his children, Jena Reddick and Daniel Reddick; his sister Angie Thames; his grandchildren, Danielle Reddick, Matthew Reddick, Mariah Reddick, Brianna Reddick, Camren Reddick and Jaxen Ryals; his close friend Denise D. Reddick-Doss; his brother-in-law Ronnie Fail; and his mother-in-law Jennie Fail.
