It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Irene Harris Whiddon of Rincon, Georgia, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oneill Harris and Beatrice Burnett Harris; and her husband William Leroy Whiddon. She is survived by: her children, Tammie Purcell (Keith) of Richmond Hill, Stacey Whiddon (Linda) of Richmond Hill and Jennifer Lyn Whiddon of Rincon; her grandchildren, Kenneth Purcell (Maureen) of Mooresville, NC, Michael Purcell (Jessi) of Mustang, OK, Kaitlyn Baxter (Nicholas) of Savannah, Julie Carver (Steven) of Kennesaw and Justin Whiddon of Savannah; her great grandchildren, Laura, Ieva, Liene, Kagen, Garron, Ronan, Daxton, Nathaniel, Oliver and Samantha; and her sister Sue Hollis of Locust Fort, AL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
