We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2024, at the age of 80, William Clifford FinleySr. of Richmond Hill, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith Finley and Betty Leatha Thorpe Finley; and his brothers, Douglas Calvin Finley and Royce Mitchell Finley. He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Ann Willis Finley; his children, Pamela Ann Shuman (Hal) of Richmond Hill, Dawn Marie McCall (Chuck) of Savannah and Dr. William Clifford Finley, Jr. (Meechel) of Stateboro; his sister Deborah Mueller (Larry) of Guyton; his grandchildren, Trey Shuman, Will Shuman, Victoria Shuman, Lauren Ford (Brandon), Hunter McCall, Chase McCall, Saylor Calloway, Liv Finley, Piper Finley, Demry Finley and Emma Finley; and his great grandchild Charles Finley Ford. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
