He is survived by: his wife Charlene Phillips of Richmond Hill; his children, Ross Phillips (Shelby) of Richmond Hill and Amber Williams (Jimmy) of Rocky Ford; and his siblings, Tony Phillips (Maia), Paul Phillips, Richard Phillips (Anita), Bobby Phillips of Savannah and Belinda May (Charlie) of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
