He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne "Jody" Toole Neesmith; and his parents, Clifford Albert Neesmith and Mittie Lee Smith Neesmith. He is survived by: his children, April Neesmith Shinke (Douglas) of Houston, Candace Lee Denton (Scott) of Richmond Hill, Gina Camille Kreuzer of Sylvania, Clinton Craig Neesmith of Midway, Russell Allen Neesmith of Richmond Hill and James "Jim" Manalisay of Irvine, California; and his sister Myrna Sue Neesmith Andrews of Fernandina Beach, Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
