He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Fransioli, Jr. and Doris Caldwell Fransioli; and his brother Gary Fransioli. He is survived by: his wife Louise Fransioli; his children, Paul Fransioli, Jr., Rachell Phillips (Patrick) and Candise Duncan (Michael); his grandchildren, Megan Nielson (Heith), Skylar Smart, Jazmyn Castillo, Cheyenne Phillips, Gage Phillips, Cherokee Phillips, Peyton Phillips and Christina Fransioli; and his brother Edwin Fransioli (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
