Nancy Flanders Gunter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, at the age of 72, Nancy Flanders Gunter of Richmond Hill, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Nancy Flanders may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy Flanders touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. E. Flanders (Preacher) and Sybil Flanders; and her pets, Prissy and Sophie. She is survived by: her husband Jacob Wayne Gunter; and her sister Janice Davis (J. C.) of Savannah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richmond Hill Funeral Home (8901 Ford Ave, Richmond Hill, GA 31324). The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Richmond Hill Full Gospel Church (7056 US-17, Richmond Hill, GA 31324). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
