She is survived by: her daughter Debra Sherrod Strickland; her grandchildren, Tyler Gordon (Amanda) and Danielle Sherrod; her great grandchild Nora Jane Gordon; her cousin Jane Berentis (Dallas); and her siblings, Lawanda Edenfield and Kenneth Rushing.
