She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hoffman and Theresa Hoffman (Clements); and her brothers, Robert, Gordon and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Jacobs (Lori), Charles Jacobs (Pam), Christopher Jacobs and Thomas Jacobs (Amy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Andrea, Michael, Phillip, Brandon, Adam, Ryan, Brittany, Ashley, Windy, Sierra and Landon; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Jackson, Rowan and James; and her sisters, Lois Riggs and Margaret Ann Schmidt.
