He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Joyce Crump (Scott), Jim Donatelli (Kim), Jennifer Thomas (Dustin) and Angela Smith (Jeff); his grandchildren, Mike Crump (Ashley), Matt Crump (Allyson), Kate Daluyin (Kevin), Dave Crump, Dory Donatelli, Will Donatelli, Noah Smith, Cooper Thomas, Gavin Smith, Harper Thomas and Hudson Thomas; his great grandchildren, Savannah Crump, Wesley Crump, DJ Crump and Collin Crump; and his sister Patti Fern. He is also survived by his family, friends.
