She is survived by: her children, Robin Marie Mullins and John "Wesley" Mullins, III (Glenda); her grandchildren, Tony Sapp (Patty Martinez), Jennifer Leigh Purnell (Justin) and John Michael "Jake" Mullins; her great grandchildren, Boston James Purnell, Hudson Jake Purnell and Hunter Reid Purnell; and her brothers, Dr. William E. "Gene" Wallace (Donna) and Dr. Richard "Bubba" Wallace (Andrea). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
