He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Zellner and Ruth T. Zellner; his daughter Leslie L. Zellner; and his brother Robert Zellner. He is survived by: his son Greg A. Zellner (Kimber); his wife Betty J. Zellner; his grandchildren, Anna Sizemore (Robert), Jennifer Zellner, Bryan Zellner (Courtney) and Jonathan Zellner; his great grandchildren, Kenley Rae Sizemore, Mackenzie Morris, Eloise Sizemore, Benjamin Sizemore and Landry Noble; his siblings, Barbara Flannery (Mitch) and Rick Zellner (Paula); and his sister-in-law Barbara Zellner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's memory to The Church of the Hill's Children's Program.
