It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Wilson Carson of Richmond Hill, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Ruth Wilson Williams and Oliver Gregory Wilson; and her brother Gregory Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Gordon C. Carson III, Carol Carson McKinley (John), William C. Carson (Jeanne), Emily Carson Carnes (Joey), Eleanor Carson Green (Braxton) and May Carson Zack (Jim). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Independent Presbyterian Church, Georgia Hospice Care, or the Alzheimer's Association.
