He is survived by: his children, Dennis Russell, Kenneth Samuel, Kevin James (Ginni) and Pamela Louise; his wife Mattie Widener Kimbrel; and his grandchildren, Charles (Edwina), Phillip (Michelle) and Regina (Ricky). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
