He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Bonnie Miller of Louvale; and his grandparents, Morgan and Velma Miller. He is survived by: his wife Diane Wilder Miller of Richland; his daughter Terri M. Langford of Georgetown; his foster son Tim Randall of Pensacola; his grandchildren, Madison and Bryce Langford; his siblings, William A. Miller, Jr. (Linda) of Cusseta, Glenn Miller of Columbus, Sherry Potter of Braddock, PA. and Debra Wood of Willacoochee, GA.; and his aunts, Frances Miller of Louvale and Louise Shaw of Rome, GA.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
