She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Whiddon and Inez Wall Whiddon; her husband Robert Lewis Bartlett, Sr.; her son Robert Lewis Bartlett, Jr.; and her brothers, John Whiddon and Jerry Whiddon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Daniel (Gary) of Cusseta, GA, Marilyn McGarity (Steve) of Toccoa, GA and Gina Cox (Jay) of Richland, GA; and her grandchildren, Tracy Richardson, Curt Richardson, Kason Cox, Whitni Duncanson, Colton Cox, Kane McGarity, Keith McGarity and Kecia Cagle. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 social distancing will be in effect at the graveside service.
