He is survived by: his mother Lynn Dlubac of Richland; his stepfather Mike Dlubac of Richland; his sister Dixie Rouse of Cobb; his brother-in-law Wayne Rouse of Cobb; his stepsister Nicole Ross of Columbus; his brother Dillon Adams of Americus; his stepbrother Michael Dlubac, Jr. of Columbus; his grandmothers, Helen Adams of Richland and Evelyn Mays of Americus; his nieces and nephews, Myles Rouse, Eva Rouse and Austin Ross; his uncles, Terry Adams, Debra Adams of Richland, Jeff Averett of Americus, Sheila Jones and Stephen Jones of Rome; and his close friends, Bobby Simmons, George Singer, David Wellons, Joe Murray, Josh Murray, Gabe Murray, Jake Murray, Nick Mackey, Ryan Mackey and Rob Witt.
