He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Daniel Williams and Miriam Walton Williams; his former wife Betty Ruth Smith; his wife Sally Parker; his son Thomas Daniel "Danny" Williams, Jr.; and his siblings, Frances Miller, Lucy Giles, Hal Williams, Bobby Williams and Johnny Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Cureton (David) of Cataula, GA and Betty Jean Hanson (Cliff) of Lawrenceville, GA; his sister Betty Brooks; and his grandchildren, Jeany Cureton, Pascal David Cureton, III (Jordon Stepp) and Billy Hanson.
Memorials may be made to the New Hope Baptist Church in care of Martha Jane Henson old Louvale Rd. Lumpkin, GA 31815.
