He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford "Doc" Alexander Lunsford, Sr. and Elva Mills Lunsford; and his sister Marie Lunsford Mayo. He is survived by: his children, Clifford "Cliff" Alexander Lunsford, III (Sujette) and Beverly Lunsford Scarborough (Jeff); his grandchildren, Miah, Joshua, Alex Lunsford, Hallie Rose Letlow (Josh), Lexie Finley (Ryan), Layne Fulghum, Cody Scarborough (Kyndal) and Kirstie Tarleton (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Madi Layne "Doodle" Finley, Emma K., Jett, Callen Tarleton and Ford Scarborough; and also Janie O'Connor Lunsford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Family Home. A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Harmony Cemetery (701 Ponder St, Richland, GA 31825).
In Lieu of Flowers: donations may be made in Alex's memory to the Richland First Baptist Church and mailed to the funeral home.
