He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frederick Kelley, Sr. and Fitzgerald "Jerry" Evans Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Stephens Kelley; his children, Charles Evans Kelley, Jr. (Jodi), Sarah Kendall Kelley Spence (Casey) and Andrew Stephens Kelley (Taylor); his grandchildren, Evans Feagin Spence, Beau Bennett Kelley and Austin Pickett Kelley; and his siblings, Rachel Kelley Butts (Randy), James Frederick Kelley, Jr. (Pat), Jesse Williams Kelley (Cynthia) and Susan Kelley Avant (Chris).
In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made in Evan's memory to the Antioch Baptist Church in care of Baldwin Funeral Home, P. O. Box 394, Richland, GA 31825 Baldwin Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
