He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Hursey. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Hursey Self; his sons, Bradley "Brad" Hursey (Laura) of Cataula, GA and Bryan Hursey (Jessica) of Cataula, GA; and his grandsons, Landon Scott Hursey, Wyatt Adam Hursey and John Luke Hursey.
