She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Linton Jordan and Mary Kathryn "Katie" Jordan of Monticello, Georgia; and her stepson Tyler Ambrose of Guyton, Georgia.. She is survived by: her husband Bret D. Ambrose of Guyton, Georgia; her daughter Kathryn Rook (Brace) of Riceboro, Georgia; her brother Lee Jordan (Denise) of Monticello, Georgia; her stepsons, Chase and Paul Ambrose (Amber) of Guyton, Georgia; and her stepdaughter-in-law Brooke Ambrose. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
