She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram Lecounte and Susie Lecounte of Riceboro, Georgia.; her sister Ruth; and her husband James Benjamin Brown, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Edward, Leona and Randolph; her children, James B. Brown, Jr. (Brenda) of Riceboro, Janis Brown Deas (Earnest) of McDonough, Gloria P. Brown of Riceboro, Amanda A. Brown of Annandale and Virginia; her grandchildren, Dawn Deas Barnes (Scottie), Emmanuel L. Deas, Eldrin L Deas (Kriss) and Denise Brown; her great grandchildren, Draiden, Nylah, Neyah, Miles, Malia and Destin; her grandson Dwayne Wilkerson; her sisters-in-law, Bernice Johnson (Gus), Leola Brown of Florida and Eddie Robinson; and her cousin Lois Hudson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
