He is survived by: his wife Mamie G. Brown (Jackson); his brother Ulysses Brown (Margaret) of Riceboro; his children, Ralph Brown (Carla) of Riceboro, Kelvin Brown of Riceboro and Lillian Penn of Riceboro; his grandchildren, ShaRonda Brown, Jerome Brown, Jr., Christopher L. Brown, Sr., Britany Brown, Antionette Penn, Ralph Brown, Jr. and Ashley Brown; his stepsister Elise Gay; his siblings-in-law, Everlena Brown, Hester Brown, Arlene Gibbs-Brown, Olivia Brown and Marion Stevens; and his friends, Albert Spencer and Herman Stevens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
