He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Rowe and Alberta Rowe; and his siblings, Mollie Jane Rowe and Fred Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Frances Willis Rowe of Riceboro; his children, Angie Mobbs (Joey) of Townsend and Charlie A. Rowe (Ashley) of Townsend; his grandchildren, Charlie W. Rowe (C. J.), Keith, Anthony and Katrina Mobbs; his siblings, Margaret Boings (Tom) of North Carolina, Edna Bowens (Ed), Millen, Tom Rowe (Connie), Ray Rowe and Hank Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Jr. and Lelia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Townsend Church of God (1231 Church Of God Rd NW, Townsend, GA 31331). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
