He is survived by: his daughter Terry; his wife Terry Timmerman Smith of Reynolds; his daughters, Colby Smithson (Jamie) of Brookhaven, GA, Ansley Bailey (Ben) of Kathleen, GA and Sydney McWhirter (Gray) of Madison, GA; his mother Phyllis Smith Heath of Butler, GA; his siblings, Allen Smith (Dawn) of Centerville, GA, Steve Smith (Dana) of Butler, GA, Todd Smith (Hayley) of Warner Robins, GA, Dane Smith (Judy) of Butler, GA, Edie Baxley (Jeff) of Baxley, GA and Tia Sanderlin of Hahira, GA; and his grandchildren, Kathleen McWhirter, Daphne McWhirter, Smith McWhirter, Mac Smithson, Benji Bailey and Andi Bailey. He is also survived by (adopted son); numerous nieces and nephews.
