He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Beeland Martin, Sr. and Marie Freeman Gilson; his son Todd Beeland Martin; and his grandsons, Matthew Martin and Travis Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Joanie Martin of Reynolds; his children, Tim Martin (Wendy Ward) of Missouri, Trent Martin (Beth Denny) of Flowery Branch and Tammy Dudley (Todd) of Sandersville; his stepsister Gloria Sampson of Butler; his grandchildren, Amber Beaty (Jake) of Mt. Airy and Patrick Martin of Gainesville; and his great grandchildren, Raelynn Beaty and Everly Davy. He is also survived by niece and nephew and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Trinity Church of Reynolds.
