He was predeceased by: his father Harold Locke; and his siblings, Carolyn Hortman and Clifton Locke. He is survived by: his wife Claire Locke of Warner Robins; his children, Houston Locke of Butler and Anna Locke of St. Simons; his mother Bonneal Locke of Reynolds; and his brothers, Walter Locke (Carol) of Perry and Wayne Locke (Vicki) of Reynolds. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; two great nieces and one great nephew.
