It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Parks of Reynolds, Georgia, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Spillers and Mattie Lou Lewis Spillers; her husband Ted Parks; and her daughter Mavis Ruddy. She is survived by: her children, Gary Parks (Susan) of Reynolds and Glenda Hartley of Reynolds. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
