With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Nelson of Reynolds, Georgia, who passed away on March 27, 2023 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Nelson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Henry Columbus Owens, Sr.; her brother Henry Columbus Owens, Jr.; and her husband John Mercer Nelson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ronny Nelson and Kathryn Nelson Roberson (Gary) of Reynolds; her brothers, Hamp Owens of Hawkinsville and John Morris Owens of Hawkinsville; and her grandchildren, Brian Nelson (Liz) of Warner Robins, Ben Roberson (Mandy) of Reynolds, Corey Roberson (Christy) of Reynolds and Heather Nipper (Kevin) of Reynolds. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to Taylor Mill Baptist Church or New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church.
