He was predeceased by: his parents, Malon Alonzo and Vanerette Watson Jones; his wife Beverly Harbuck Jones; and his son Malon Christopher Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Suzanne Jones (Steven Wu) and Jana Jones Reese (Robert); his grandchildren, Xen and Kaia Reese; his sister Zo Jones Blanchard; his close friend Barbara Carter; and his pets, Huli and Finn.
