He is survived by: his sister Ella Mae Alexander of Meansville; his brother-in-law James Wainwright of Reynolds; and his brother Emory Bloodsworth of Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
