He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Windham and Barbara Jean Wilhoite Windham. He is survived by: his daughter April Harris (Mitchell) of Butler; his siblings, Buddy Windham (Christie) of Oglethorpe, James Windham (Rhonda) of Butler, Thomas Ritter of Butler, Denise Allen of Oglethorpe and Sissy Spillers of Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Hannah Harris of Butler, Riley Harris of Butler and Breanna Aguilar (Arthuro) of Warner Robins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
