He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Respress Fountain Sr. and Frances Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Susan Hartley; his grandson Luke Hartley; his siblings, Sara Fountain, Tom Fountain (Carol) and Richard Fountain (Kay); and his niece Tonya Fountain Kolman (Ricky).
