She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Joiner and Daisy Joiner; her husband Harold Locke; and her children, Clifton Locke, Thomas Locke and Carolyn Hortman.
She is survived by: her sons, Walter L Locke (Carol) of Perry and Wayne Locke (Vicki) of Reynolds; and her brothers, Arcelus Joiner (Janice) of Reynolds and David Joiner (Kathy) of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
