He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Santamaria and Beatrice Santamaria; his son Mark Santamaria; and his sisters, Lucy Santamaria, Isabella Barbera and Fanny Costa.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Santamaria; his children, Donna Polhemus (Jeff), Diana Curra (John) and Frank Santamaria (Stacy); his sister Theresa Delia; his grandchildren, Jazmin Curra, Jennifer Curra, Mark Polhemus, Samantha Curra, Nicole Polhemus, Gianna Curra, Madilyn Santamaria, Lillian Santamaria and Caroline Santamaria; and his great grandchild Marcus De'Jesus.
