She is survived by: her husband Billy Hammond West, Jr.; her sons, Edward Matthew Starnes (Marcia) of Forest Park, Joseph Brian Starnes (Tiffany) of Stockbridge and Lewis Clinton Starnes (Maria) of Cleveland, GA.; her siblings, Larry Lee McDonald of Cleveland, GA and Susan McDonald of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Valerie Tucker (Christopher), Brandon Starnes, Avery Starnes, Jaden Starnes and Ashton Starnes; and her great grandchild Paul.
